The 2024 Edda, Icelandic Cinema Awards were presented on April 13 at a grand ceremony. The awards have been presented annually by the Icelandic Film and Television Academy since 1999, but this year’s festival marked a turning point as the film and television awards were split into different categories. ÖRUGG Consulting Engineers was incharge of fire and evacuation planning at the awards, as we have done in service of numerous film projects.
