ÖRUGG has been in charge of fire design due to changes at Norðurorka's headquarters at Rangárvellir in Akureyri. There are eight buildings, which house the company's various activities. Norðurorka takes care of all utilities in Akureyri; drinking water, hot water, sewerage and electricity. Designers are AVH architects & engineers.
